Shopping Policy

The policy on this page only applied to Orders, Payments, Shipping, Returns (Replacement or Refund) that sold and shipped by this website, only. This does not apply to any orders, payment, shipping, and returns that the customers purchased from online stores, brick & mortar stores and online marketplaces that operated by AynFaa and AynFaa’s authorized dealers and resellers.

1.0 Orders

1.1 Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, our customer service team will be able to process your order over the phone in most cases. If you wish to use a payment method that cannot be accepted over the phone but can be accepted online, we will be able to create a shopping bag for you containing your chosen items.

When we create a shopping bag for you, we will send you an email with a link to your shopping bag. By clicking on the link you will be able to access your shopping bag and complete your order using your preferred payment method. The items in your shopping bag will only be secured for you after payment has been taken and your items have been shipped.

This service is available 24 hours a day.

1.2 I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach customer service?
There are several ways to find the answers to the questions you may have. Visit our Contact page to send your question through contact form. You may use your WhatsApp number to chat with our customer service team 24 hours a day or connect with us on social media.

1.3 My order has not arrived
Please login to your online account, click on Orders to find the order status and tracking number. Please also check your email inbox or spam box to find out if our customer service team has emailed you with order status. Ordered item(s) may be shipped from our warehouses which one is your nearest.

1.4 Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries; as long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it or cancel it.

1.6 What safety & security technology your website uses?
AynFaa uses secure socket layer (SSL) software, the industry standard and among the best software available today, for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


2.0 Payments

2.1 What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card Visa, Discover, American Express, and online payment (PayPal) via our payment processing partner 2checkout. We do not accept cash/check on delivery (COD), check, and money order. You should see our company name with 2checkout “*2Checkout” in your credit/debit card statement.

2.2 If I return my order and request a refund, how soon will I get my money back?
If your return meeting our requirements and qualifies for a refund, our customer service team will process the refund back to your original payment method within 24 hours from the date we email you the notifications of refund approval.


3.0 Shipping

3.1 What is your order handling time?
We usually ship orders within 2-4 business days.

3.2 What kind of shipping options do you offer?
We use “Sundarban Courier” as a shipping partner for all of our domestic orders and “DHL” for international orders. We charge shipping cost during your checkout on the basis of your selected item(s)’s weight or volume (which one is higher).

Feel free to put the product into the shopping cart to check for the shipping rates.

All packages require an adult signature as proof of delivery.

3.3 I think my package was lost or stolen, what should I do now?
AynFaa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will not leave your order without somebody’s signature at the delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

3.4 What countries do you ship to?
We ship almost all countries around the world.


4.0 Returns, Replacement, Refunds
These are AynFaa return guidelines applicable only to products “sold and shipped by”. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

4.1 What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Standard return & refund policy is 2 weeks from the day you receive the order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a full refund (minus shipping fees) on all goods returned to us within 2 weeks your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and in a sell-able condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gift etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.

4.2 How do I return my items?
If your return meets the requirements as outlined in the above-mentioned Return & Refund Policy, you may return your items for a refund.

To arrange your return, please email to stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason why.

Please ship the item(s) with all of its original parts, caps, branded boxes, qualifying gifts, packaging and packing slip to the address from where the goods had been shipped.

4.3 Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

4.4 Can I return everything that I’ve ordered?
Please note that all 1 gram samples are final sale and non-refundable. All other returns must meet the above-mentioned Return requirements as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4.5 How will I receive my refund?
Once received, the item(s) shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.

4.6 What if my product arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product(s) to and our customer care team will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

4.7 What if my order is missing something?
If your shipment is missing a product or has not arrived, please email us your order information to and we’ll get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

4.8 How do I know my product is authentic?
If your product has been purchased from our website, or one of our authorised dealers or resellers, then your product will be authentic. If you buy our products from an unauthorised or second-hand source – we will not be able to authenticate, nor will we be able to assist. To benefit from our level of quality and customer service – and for your peace of mind – we do not encourage buying our products from unauthorised and second-hand sources.
