Saffron attar is extracted from stigma and styles of Kashmiri Saffron (Crocus sativus) oil by steam (water) distillation process. It is commonly called as Autumn Crocus, Safran, Zafran, Zafrin, Kesar and Keshar. It is an spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus. The vivid crimson stigma and styles, called threads, are collected and dried for use mainly as a seasoning and coloring agent in food. It is an autumn-flowering perennial plant unknown in the wild and originated in Crete or Central Asia. Saffron oil is use as a single natural perfume oil as well as in high-end natural perfumery, aromatherapy and traditional medicine.

Saffron attar is a thick and light reddish brown colored essence oil. It has exotic, floral, intense, soothing, spicy, warm and beautifully decadent aroma.

This attar is natural, organic, therapeutic grade and produced in Bangladesh.
